Crane equipment delivery
1.1. This Policy sets out the procedures according to which United Crane technology (hereinafter referred to as "UCT") processes and protects the User's personal data received by the company during the period when he/she uses services/goods, a non-exclusive license provided, including by means of websites, services, programs used by UCT (hereinafter referred to as "the Website, Services").
1.2. The purpose of this Policy is to ensure the proper protection of personal data provided by the User when he/she uses the Website, Services or signs in (creates an account) to buy goods/services, a non-exclusive license against unauthorized access and disclosure.
1.3. Relations related to the collection, storage, distribution and protection of data provided by the User are regulated by this Policy, other official documents of UCT and the applicable legislation of the Russian Federation.
1.4. By signing in to and using the Website and Services, the User expresses his/her full consent to the terms and conditions hereof.
1.5. If the User does not agree with the terms and conditions hereof, the use of the Website and/or Services available while using the Website shall be immediately terminated.
1.6. If the User does not agree to receive information from UCT, he/she is entitled to unsubscribe from its messages:
by clicking the Unsubscribe link at the bottom of the letter;
by sending his/her request at info@krantehpto.ru.
Upon receipt of notices at info@krantehpto.ru in special software recording the corresponding User's actions, an application is created based on the data received from the User. This application is processed within no more than 72 hours. As a result, data about the User is not included in the distribution segment for a certain region.
2.1. The User's personal data shall be processed in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation. UCT processes the User's personal data for the purpose of:
identifying a party within the framework of agreements and contracts entered into with UCT;
providing the User with goods/services, a non-exclusive license, access to the Website, Services;
communicating with the User, sending transaction letters to the User upon receipt of a request for signing in to the Website or a payment from the User, as a one-off payment, if the User performs these actions, sending notices and requests to the User;
sending the User advertising and/or informational messages, no more than 2 messages per day;
checking, studying and analyzing such data allowing the maintenance and improvement of services and sections in the Website, as well as development of new services and sections therein;
conducting statistical studies and other analyses based on anonymised data.
3.1. «UCT» LLC shall take all necessary measures to protect the User's personal data against unauthorized access, modification, disclosure or destruction
3.2. «UCT» LLC shall provide access to the User's personal data only to those employees and contractors who need this information to ensure the operation of the Website, Services and provide the Services, sell goods, obtain a non-exclusive license by the User.
3.3. «UCT» LLC is entitled to use data provided by the User, including personal data, for the purpose of ensuring compliance with the requirements of the applicable legislation of the Russian Federation (including for the purpose of preventing and/or suppressing the Users' illegal and/or unlawful actions). Data provided by the User may be disclosed only in accordance with the applicable legislation of the Russian Federation, by order of the court or law enforcement agencies, as well as in other cases provided for by the legislation of the Russian Federation.
3.4. «UCT» LLC does not verify the accuracy of data provided by the User and proceeds from the fact that the User provides reliable and sufficient information within the principle of good faith, takes care of the timeliness of making changes to any previously provided information whenever necessary, including but not limited to changing a phone number.
4.1. When the User uses the Website, he/she confirms that:
he/she has all necessary rights to sign in (create an account) and use the Website Services;
he/she submits reliable information about himself/herself in the amount required to use the Website Services, required fields for further provision of the Website Services are marked in a special way, all other information is provided by the User at his/her own discretion.
he/she realizes that information available on the Website and posted by the User about himself/herself may become available to third parties not specified herein and may be copied and distributed by them;
he/she is familiar with this Policy, agrees to it and assumes the rights and obligations set forth herein. Familiarization with the terms and conditions hereof and checking the box under the link hereto shall be the User's written consent to the collection, storage, processing and transfer to third parties of personal data provided by the User.
4.2. «UCT» LLC does not verify the reliability of information received (collected) about Users, except when such verification is necessary for the purpose of discharging obligations to the User
5.1. Data provided by the User during the use of the Website, Services, including but not limited to: surname and first name(s), sex, mobile phone number and/or e-mail address, marital status, date of birth, place of birth, kin relations, home address, education information, business occupation.
5.2. Data automatically transmitted to the Services during their use by means of software installed on the User's device, including IP address, cookies, information about the User's browser (or another program through which the Services are accessed), access time, address of a requested page.
5.3 Other information about the User collection and/or provision of which is defined in the Regulatory Documents of UCT's separate Services.
6.1. The User can at any time change (update, supplement) personal data provided by him/her or a part thereof, as well as its privacy parameters, using the personal data editing function in the section, or in the personal section of the corresponding Service. The User shall take care of the timeliness of making changes to any previously provided information, its updating, otherwise UCT is not responsible for non-receipt of notices, goods/services, etc.
6.2. The User can also delete personal data provided by him/her within a specific account. However, deleting an account may result in the inability to use some Services.
7.1. UCT» LLC is entitled to make amendments hereto. When amendments are made, a current version shall contain the date of the last update. A new version hereof shall come into force from the time of its publication, unless otherwise specified in such new version hereof. The current version of this Policy is always available at http://krantehpto.ru/en/policy/.
7.2. The law of the Russian Federation shall apply to this Policy and relations between the User and UCT arising in connection with the application hereof.
